But if for some reason the product you purchase from us doesn't perform as it should we will take it back within 60 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be authorised by Coffee Cultured before sending the item back to us. To request a refund or exchange, email info@coffeecultured .com.au within 60 days of placing your order and we will happily take it back and exchange or refund.
Exchanges and refunds are processed once the returned items make it back to one of our partner warehouses and we've inspected the items.
If you choose to exchange and the new item is of lesser value we will refund the difference and if more expensive you'll can easily pay the difference online.
All return items must be in an 'as new' condition, unused with all boxes, plastics and all other shipping materials included and in their original condition.

Our courier partners to their best to ensure your items show up in pristine condition. But for whatever reason, sometimes stuff just gets damaged in transit.
When your order arrives, inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@coffeecultured .com.au within 24 hours of delivery and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Alternatively, you can call our team on (07) 3040 0660.
We will replace any of our products that arrive damaged as quickly as possible.
We're human, our team is human. Sometimes we make mistakes.
While our systems ensure that 99.9% of our orders ship out correctly. Every now and then an incorrect order slips through the cracks.
If you've received the wrong items, please call us as soon as soon as possible on (07) 3040 0660 and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver to you the correct one.
This, of course, will occur at no cost to you.
First up, don't return any items to the original address!
We use multiple third-party warehouses to ship stock around the country. The only way to have your return order processed is to send your item to the CORRECT Coffee Cultured warehouse.
