Here's EVERYTHING you need to know when it comes to shipping and handling at Coffee Cultured... 

First, you should know we work with Australia's most reliable and fastest couriers.

So, we'll do our best to ensure you get your order FAST without it getting lost in transit (we've all heard the horror stories).

When you order you'll need to provide us with your full residential or business address. You'll see where you need to type this information in checkout.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes. That's simply because most of the gear we stock is bulky and our couriers have restrictions on what they can deliver to a PO Box.

International shopper? We've got some bad news...

At the moment, we don't ship internationally. This may change in the future. But for now we don't ship overseas.

With that out of the way, let's chat on how you order stuff from us.

Here's how you order your coffee goodies...

Our order process is easy-peasy.

You simply pick the gear you want and add it to your cart. When you're ready, complete the checkout process.

When you complete checkout, you'll receive an email confirming your order.

99% of our orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your ordered is shipped and we've received your tracking details from our courier, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes it's way to your front door.

Also, please note that purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Here's how long your order will take to arrive...

Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

For WA and Tasmania, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. For country, rural or remote locations please allow an additional 3 business days to receive your order.

Some of our deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If there's no one home, the courier will leave a card with details on where to pick up your order. 

Please note, Coffee Cultured cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order if no one is around to take delivery.
